JCSU Bowling Finishes Third at Western Division Event I

Sophomore Sasha Thornhill (Lynchburg, Va.) bowled a 163.4 average including a 215 against Saint Augustine's College to lead JCSU to a third-place finish in the CIAA Western Division Bowling Tournament at B & B Bowling Lanes held November 7th - 9th. Junior Nijah Braddox (Brooklyn, N.Y.) was right behind Thornhill with a 162.8 average.
JCSU ended the three day tournament with a 6-6 overall record. The ladies will take the rest of the semester off before returning to competition on January 16-18 for another western division tournament to be held in Salisbury, N.C.
