Lennox Graham have been named the Atlantic Region Women's Indoor Track Athlete and Coach of the Year, respectively.
Williams is the Division II leader at 60 meters (7.36) and 200 meters (23.53, converted to 23.90 for track type), as well as the 60-meter hurdles (8.14). She won both the 200 and the 60-meter hurdles at the Penn State National against mostly Division I competition, and claimed CIAA titles at both 60 and 200 meters and in the 60-meter hurdles, in addition to running a leg of the runner-up 4×400 relay.
Williams is the top seed at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships in the 60 meters, 200 meters, and 60-meter hurdles races. This is her first time being named Atlantic Region Indoor Track Athlete of the Year. However, Williams was named the 2013 National and Atlantic Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year.
Graham, in his seventh year at the helm, leads a team that is ranked No. 5 in the country, finished the season No. 1 in the region and heads into the NCAA Championships with ten entries, nine of which come in sprint and hurdle events – his specialty. Among his standouts is

Graham repeats as the USTFCCCA Atlantic Region Women's Indoor Coach of the Year. In addition to winning this award last season, Graham received 2013 National and Atlantic Region Women's Outdoor Coach of the Year honors.
The 2014 NCAA Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships will take place in Winston-Salem, NC on March 14-15 at the JDL Indoor Fast Track.
